How to access your extracted data

There are two ways to access extracted data.

Access on the Koncile app

To access extracted data directly on the platform:

Go to the relevant supplier’s page;
Click on the relevant invoice. You can use filters and the search bar to help you.

You can further refine your search using advanced filters!

General fields are displayed at the top of the screen, while repeated fields are shown for each line item in a table at the bottom of the screen.

To download an Excel file containing invoice data for a single supplier:

Go to the relevant supplier’s page;
Select the invoices whose data you want to extract by checking the box to the left of each line;
Click “Download”;
Select “Data and Analysis”;
Click “Generate”!

Your data will be available in your downloads :

Go to the “Downloads” tab in the dropdown menu on the left side of the screen;
Go to the “Data Exports” tab;
Your data can be downloaded once the status shows “Done.”
