Verify Price Compliance

Understand how to verify price compliance

Once the invoices are uploaded, price compliance analyses are automatically performed based on the price list.

Note: This analysis will only work if you have previously uploaded price lists for these suppliers. To learn how to upload supplier price lists, click here!

To view the discrepancies identified, you can:

On Koncile's app

On your supplier’s dashboard, you can see the total discrepancy amount compared to your pricing terms, as well as the total discrepancy per invoice.

By selecting an invoice, you can view the discrepancy amounts for each individual invoice.

To access the price compliance analysis directly on the platform:

  1. Go to the relevant supplier’s page;
  2. Select the relevant invoice, either by choosing the document directly or using filters and the search bar;
  3. The analysis provided by Koncile is displayed in the “Discrepancy Summary” box. Click on “See More”;
  4. The price compliance analysis will be shown:
  5. In the “Price Compliance - Exact Match” box, if the exact label and/or code is found;
  6. In the “Price Compliance - Similar Products” box, if the product is matched based on label analysis.

The details for each invoice line item are available in the summary table at the bottom of the screen. Any line with a discrepancy will have an amount displayed in the “Discrepancy” column.

To find invoices with pricing compliance issues, you can use the “Discrepancy” filter.
