How to access all the analysis performed by Koncile

To access the analyses generated by the Koncile tool:

Step 1: Launch the analysis of your data

To launch the analysis of invoices from a single supplier:

  1. Click on the relevant supplier;
  2. Select the invoices for which you want to run the analysis;
  3. Click on “Actions”;
  4. Click on "Launch analysis!"

How to run the price compliance analysis for multiple suppliers simultaneously?

Note: This analysis only works if you have previously imported price grids for these suppliers. To learn how to import supplier price grids, click here!

Step 2: Retrieve the results of this analysis

You can access the Koncile analysis in two ways.

You can access the analysis directly on the platform via various dashboards. To access the analysis directly on the platform:

  1. Go to the page of the relevant supplier;
  2. Select the relevant invoice, either by selecting the document directly or using the filters and search bar;
  3. The Koncile analysis is found in the “Summary of discrepancies” box. Click on “See more”;
  4. You can then view the different opportunities identified by Koncile in its various analyses!

The detailed line-by-line analysis is available in the summary table at the bottom of the screen.

Note: The analysis on the platform is only available by invoice and by invoice line. To access the complete analysis, please download it in Excel format.

You can also access the analysis by downloading it in Excel format. To download an Excel file containing the invoice analysis from a single supplier:

  1. Go to the page of the relevant supplier;
  2. Select the invoices for which you want to extract the data;
  3. Click on the “Download” button;
  4. Select “Data and Analysis”;
  5. Click on "Generate!"

How to extract the analysis of multiple suppliers at once ? Your data is available in your downloads:

  1. Go to the “Download” tab in the dropdown menu on the left side of the screen;
  2. Go to the “Data Exports” tab;
  3. Your data can be downloaded when its “Status” indicates “Done.”
